John Howard Ross Fisk and Lara Maree Bennett, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of GREEN & MCCAHILL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by resolution of the creditors at the watershed meeting on 30 June 2026 at 12.15pm pursuant to section 239ABU(b) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 30 July 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
