Notice is hereby given that on 25 June 2026 the company was placed in liquidation by order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 and that Kevyn Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidator.
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 4 August 2026, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
