Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:
THOMSON ELECTRICAL LIMITED and G & H THOMSON TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED at 10.25am and 10.27am respectively by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Bizcap NZ Limited.
C.D.C. CENTRAL DIGGING COMPANY LIMITED at 3.00pm by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 14 August 2026 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
