Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of GOODVIEW WHOLESALE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 24 June 2026 at 2.40pm, appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP124), as liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidator fixes 3 August 2026 as the date that the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
