Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Company Numbers: 6333499, 8133240, 6825037 and 6002153

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies on 23 June 2026 at 11.00am, 11.00am, 12.30pm and 2.40pm respectively pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 31 July 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
