Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OUTER ASPECT IP LIMITED and REUNION FOOD SERVICE (NZ) LIMITED (both in liquidation) by resolution passed at a watershed meeting of creditors pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 on 25 June 2026 at 1.50pm and on 26 June 2026 at 1.30pm.

We fix 1 August 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
