Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Eve Ellen Bachellier, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies as below:

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 13 August 2026 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
