Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 22 June 2026 at 11.44am MEDITERRANEAN FOODS RETAIL (NELSON) LIMITED (trading as Prego Foods and Comida) (in liquidation) was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution.
RAI & SONS PVT LIMITED (trading as Pita Pit Hornby) (in liquidation) was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution at 4.00pm on 24 June 2026.
Robin Crimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of RAC Insolvency Limited, was appointed liquidator of both companies.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 31 July 2026. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
