Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Stephen Robert White and Janet Sprosen, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed replacement liquidators of the company upon the resignation of Mohammed Jan on 24 June 2026 at 11.30am pursuant to section 283(2) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 31 July 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
