Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HEADLAND HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 17 June 2026 at 9.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FABRICATION SOLUTIONS LIMITED and WMF DRAUGHTING SERVICES LIMITED (both in liquidation) following the directors’ resolutions as to solvency and special resolutions of the shareholders on 19 June 2026 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Both are solvent liquidations.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 3 August 2026.
