Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Stephen Speers Keen and Stephen Robert White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), of Teneo Financial Advisory New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EMROD LIMITED and EMROD GROUP LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special resolutions of their shareholders on 22 June 2026 at 11.50am and 11.51am, respectively.

We fix 14 July 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
