Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of T & G COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 3 June 2026 at 10.06am upon petition by Jeffrey Phillip Graham.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 24 August 2026 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
