The above-named company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 2 June 2026 at 10.30am.
Gareth Russel Hoole (IP26) and Chiragkumar Bhailalbhai Patel (IP60000096), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 June 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
