Daniel Zhang (IP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTH PACIFIC ENERGY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 26 May 2026 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
