DOWNER EDI ENGINEERING POWER LIMITED and GREEN VISION RECYCLING LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Subsequent to the directors of the companies filing declarations with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 243A of the Act, stating that on appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts, Morgan Kelly and Stewart McCallum were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 1 June 2026 at 10.00am.
The liquidators of the company fix 30 June 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
