Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LANDFILL DIVERSION SERVICES LIMITED (trading as The Hub Waihi) (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court in Tauranga on 25 May 2026 at 10.32am upon petition by Braun Bond & Lomas Limited.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 17 July 2026 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
