Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Jessica Jane Kellow and Iain Bruce Shephard, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington (Registration Numbers: IP75 and IP71), were appointed liquidators of the companies MAY HOMES LIMITED by Order of the High Court at Wellington on 25 May 2026 at 10.15am. Upon the application of Helen Young, HIGH SPEC HOUSING LIMITED by shareholders special resolution on 26 May 2026 at 1.30pm.
