UBER AGENT LIMITED at 9.00am, UBER RENTALS LIMITED at 9.10am, UBERED REAL ESTATE LIMITED at 9.20am, and UBER REAL ESTATE LIMITED at 9.25am, all by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
SAVAGE MOTORS LIMITED at 10.48am by the High Court at Auckland on the application of Ashish Arora pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
SEVENTH SKY LIMITED and TUHAERE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED at 5.21pm by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 10 July 2026 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
