Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Following a solvency resolution, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the company’s shareholders on 20 May 2026 at 6.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 17 July 2026 as the last day for creditors to make their claims in the liquidation.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.
