Stephen Robert White and John Howard Ross Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators MOANA PASIFIKA LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 25 May 2026 at 11.30am.

We fix 15 July 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
