Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The above-named company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 25 May 2026 at 2.00pm, on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed. Gareth Russel Hoole (Registration Number: IP26) and Chiragkumar Bhailalbhai Patel (Registration Number: IP60000096), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 24 June 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
