Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the companies’ shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 25 May 2026 at 2.30pm, 25 May 2026 at 10.15am, and 25 May 2026 at 5.52pm (respectively).

We fix 26 June 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
