LBC HOLDINGS EUROPE LIMITED, LBC HOLDINGS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED and LBC TREASURY COMPANY LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named companies commenced on 22 May 2026 at 11.58am, when the shareholder appointed Neale Jackson (IP27) and Brendon James Gibson (IP19), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix 10 June 2026 as the date on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 or, to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above companies, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.
