Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of above-named companies by special resolution of the companies’ shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 May 2026 at 9.30am and 19 May 2026 at 11.30am respectively.
We fix 20 June 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
