Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CONCEPT BUILDERS QUEENSTOWN LIMITED by the High Court at Invercargill on 14 May 2026 at 11.54am on the application of Inland Revenue.
We fix 14 July 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
