Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 15 May 2026 at 10.57am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
