Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DYER MOTELIERS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 15 May 2026 at 9.00am by special resolution passed by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 30 June 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
