Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ELLETTX LIMITED, KRIVAAN LIMITED and MCWATT ROADHAUL LIMITED (all in liquidation) by special resolutions of the companies’ shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 12 May 2026 at 4.58pm, 14 May 2026 at 4.18pm and 14 May 2026 at 4.00pm.
We fix 19 June 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
