Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 12 May 2026 at 10.21am, THE TERRACE BAR LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution. Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, was appointed liquidator of the company.

Creditors should file claims and Register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 12 June 2026. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
