Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TROVON (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 6 May 2026 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BD MARINE FABRICATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 11 May 2026 at 7.39am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 23 June 2026.
