Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed both Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators in the liquidations of CONNECTIONZ LIMITED (in liquidation) on 2 May 2026 at 12.12pm and DVR DOSANJH LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 May 2026 at 7.31pm.

The liquidator fixes 18 June 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
