Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:
KEN SMITH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED at 9.00am by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
CRUX INTERNATIONAL LIMITED at 10.47am by the High Court at Palmerston North on the application of Mudajaya Corporation Berhad pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
ANDIFICE GROUP LIMITED at 10.53am by the High Court at Auckland on the application of Forest Landscaping Limited pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 12 June 2026 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
