Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 30 April 2026 at 7.34am.

We fix 1 June 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
