Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of REFUSE MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 30 April 2026 at 9.20am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).
This is a solvent liquidation. Prior to liquidation on 30 April 2026, the company’s director signed a declaration that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. A copy of this declaration was delivered to Registrar.
