Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named limited partnership by the High Court at Auckland on 24 April 2026 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 89 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on the application of Michelle Janette Gillard, Lisa Adelle Turner and Jeffrey Paul Gillard.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 25 May 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
