Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with sections 241(2)(a) and (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies as below:
COROHAWK LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders at 12.00pm.
TRAJECTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders at 2.00pm.
T & G COMPANY LIMITED (in interim liquidation) by order of the High Court in Auckland at 3.04pm.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 12 June 2026 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
