FACADE SOLUTIONS NZ LIMITED and SHORTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FACADE SOLUTIONS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 14 April 2026 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Iain McLennan (IP82) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHORTER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 21 April 2026 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
