Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies as follows:
OREWA FISH AND CHIPS LIMITED at 12.30pm by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
RCCK NETWORKS LIMITED at 2.00pm by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
TOTALLY FLOORD LIMITED at 2.40pm by shareholder resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
LONGEVITY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED at 10.02am by the High Court at Auckland, on the application of Korok Building Systems Limited pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 25 May 2026 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
