Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of JA PROPERTIES LIMITED and JH 2019 LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 17 April 2026 at 11.12am and 11.11am respectively, on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

We fix 29 May 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
