Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of STRATTON PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 20 April 2026 at 11.04am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 21 May 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
