Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ONE STOP PROMOTIONS LIMITED and XMT LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special resolution of the companies’ shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 April 2026 at 4.00pm and 16 April 2026 at 5.14pm respectively.
We fix 22 May 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
