TOPCUT CONTRACTING LIMITED and THCREATORS LIMITED (both in liquidation)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on the dates and times below:
TOPCUT CONTRACTING LIMITED at 11.55am on the application of Waitomo Petroleum Limited.
THCREATORS LIMITED at 11.04am on the application of Huckleberry 2021 Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidators fix 18 May 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
