Take notice that L H K PROPERTY INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and appointed Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan (Licensed Insolvency Practitioner – LIP150) as liquidator on 14 April 2026 at 2.00pm.

I fix 14 May 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
