Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEVERLAND RETAIL LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 8 April 2026 at 10.00am.

We fix 15 May 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
