Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEWURBAN LIMITED, NEWURBAN FRUITVALE LIMITED and NEWURBAN GNR LIMITED (all in liquidation) by special resolutions of the shareholders of the companies on 30 March 2026 at 11.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHURTON HART & DIVERS LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 31 March 2026 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.
Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AL CONSTRUCTION & INTERIORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 7 April 2026 at 11.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
