Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of CASTLE MANAGEMENT NORTHLAND LIMITED (in liquidation) on 26 March 2026 at 3.59pm and in VAST 13 INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 30 March 2026 at 4.00pm and FERN LAND LIMITED (in liquidation) on 31 March 2026 at 3.00pm, and LL TRANSCO LIMITED (in liquidation) on 30 March 2026 at 10.46am, and THY MERCHANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 30 March 2026 at 12.18pm.

The liquidators fix 15 May 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
