Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HILLSIDE ROAD LIMITED and KEY COMMERCIAL LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) as follows:
HILLSIDE ROAD LIMITED at 4.05pm.
KEY COMMERCIAL LIMITED at 3.13pm.
These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, the companies’ directors signed a declaration for each company that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Act. Copies of these declarations were delivered to Registrar.
Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 30 April 2026.
