Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of ONE8 DEVELOPERS LIMITED, CABZEALAND LIMITED and BB TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED (all in liquidation) on 30 March 2026 at 2.00pm, 4.30pm, and 5.20pm respectively, appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP124), as liquidator of the above-named companies.
The liquidator fixes 6 May 2026 as the date that the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
