Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ABACUS CAPITAL NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 23 March 2026 at 10.58am on the application of F J Ramsey Limited.

This appointment follows our appointment as interim liquidators on 15 December 2025.

We fix 31 May 2026 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
