BARTELLS TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED and SPRING WATER COUNTRY ESTATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (both in receivership and in liquidation)
The above entities were placed into liquidation by resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 on 27 March 2026 at 10.01am.
Gareth Russel Hoole, Raymond Paul Cox and Chiragkumar Bhailalbhai Patel, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 29 April 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the entities are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
